Since the 23rd March the practice has been unable to see any patient 'face to face'. We have not been closed. We have been busy on the phones triaging emergencies and providing as much practical advice as we can in these unprecedented times. We have been monitoring the advice and evidence available and have been making physical alterations to the practice and adapting ourselves to a new way of working.
We wish to thank all of our wonderful patients for their understanding and support during this time. From the 8th June, we will once again be able to see patients 'face to face'. For obvious reasons of safety for patients, staff and the wider community; the practice will have to work in a different way.
From the 8th June, we will be re-introducing 'face to face' appointments and certain treatments in a phased approach. This will be following best practice advice and in a way that protects both patients and staff. Initially, the patient journey through the practice will look different and capacity will be lower. During this time, we would appreciate your understanding as we are working as hard as we can under difficult circumstances.
Please stay safe and we hope to see you soon.
